Horizons Region 2021-31 consultation closed 23 April 2021.  ENM and Manawatū River Source to Sea are writing a combined submission on this Long-term Plan; see links to the left.

The Horizons Region extends from Ruapehu to Horowhenua, Whanganui to Tararua.  Horizons Regional Council's responsibilities include managing natural resources, land transport planning, passenger transport services, and natural disaster response.
